I would like to thank Everyday Wealth and 1stAvenue Mortgage -Steve Placker and his staff for assisting me in dealing the knock out punch to... (current lender)... and their greedy predatory lending practices. Having been strapped with a high interest 2nd mortgage, refinancing to a lower rate would cut over $450 off my monthly payments. However, since I was self employed,... (current lender)... said that verifiable income didn't exist and basically I couldn't afford to pay over $400 less per month for my mortgage. The refinance saved me over $90,000 in lifetime interest and around $450 a month on my house payment. It gets even better, after keeping an eye on the mortgage rates, around the 5th month after the refinance, we streamlined the loan and knocked another $87 per month off the payment and saved an addtional $26,000 in lifetime interest. Patience paid off....TWICE!
